If you need a little plumbing widget or an odd faucet thingamajig, this is the place. They are very helpful and knowledgable. Most importantly, their prices are usually 10 to 20 percent less than the big box hardware stores. I have bought Kohler faucets and all kinds of parts there. Plus, they are willing to walk me through my do-it-yourself projects so that I know what I'm doing when I leave there.
