Harris County Public Health & Environmental Services, located in Houston, is one of the leading health care institutes in Texas. Harris County Public Health s divisions include disease control and clinical prevention, environmental public health, health education and promotion, mosquito control, public health preparedness, public information, and veterinary health. The center offers a wide variety of services, such as child fatality review team, chronic disease prevention, dental services, children's health insurance program, family planning services, and HIV and AIDs counseling and testing.
