Encore Nails and Spa

I use to go to encore nails frequently but I will never go here again! I received a mani/pedi and, honestly, I could have done a better job myself. When I called to inform them of their below satisfactory job the lady was rude and told me the manager and owner were not available and I had to call back Monday. Before I could leave my number or say anything the lady cut me off, said call back Monday, and hung up on me. Immediately I called back to talk to her about hanging up and leaving a number when she admitted to being the manager and said I could only come in before Tuesday to correct my nails. I told her I did not want them corrected, I wanted a refund and she said they did not refund. Once again, she cut me off and did not gather any information. The most outrageous incident was when I drove over to give her my information so she knew who I was in order to have my nails corrected. When I entered a woman approached me and I asked her if she was the owner. She admitted she was. Then, I asked if she was the woman on the phone and she admitted she was. When I confronted her about lying over the phone about her position and hanging up on me she gave me another lie and began to yell at me. I then began to tell her about the horrible manicure when she told me I needed to grow up and yell more slanderous accusations. THIS IS THE WORST SALON IN HOUSTON! I am astounded an owner would act this way. Lying and yelling at customers is absolutely ridiculous. Save your money and visit another salon. I hope ENCORE NAILS goes out of business!!!!!

I called in to make an apointment for and eyebrown and bikini wax at 7:30. The employee on the phone laughed for about 3 minuets and then said that they closed at 7. Not that I didn't already figure out by the laughing. They made me feel stupid and I wasn't so pleased.

And after I was finished with my waxes I decided to get a manicure and pedicure cause I had to much that stress that day. And the man who did my nails didn't even fully paint them! He didn't even put my feet in that tub thing and he cut open my foot and didn't even bother to get up and go get a band-aid!

They have horrible service I would not recomend them!
