Atkins A1 Diesel Truck Repair

Avoid this place... They are scam. They will never tell they can't fix a problem and they don't have the parts. My trailer lights were going off for awhile then come back. Took to this guys in the afternoon and told me they call when they find out the problem.
The next afternoon they told me it was all done and fixed and charged me $800, before I reach Dallas enroute AR lights were out again I called them and there was no answer. I had to call roadsideand, 2hr labor $287.
The next I called and explained the situation and was told by the manager herself that the manager will call me. I got a call from the mechanic thou telling me they fixed the issue and I had probably another issue. Really
This place is scary to begin with( in a ghetto neighborhood) if they need parts they will tell u to go get it and call a hooker to give u ride there Ann she will overcharge u. (Wish I knew about Uber then).
The two good reviews are from the lady manager Debra I guess her name was, not sure thou.

Prompt Service, Repairs were executed within a couple of hours, excellent. Expertise in Diagnostics & Very Professional. Very competitive in Repair costs. Comfortable waiting area.
