Contacted Powers on the 10th Sept., reconfirming on the 13th they had the resources to repair Buick Century. Car flatbedded to Powers 15th Sept. Car determined to have computer problem, Powers did not have software to program GM Car yet installed computer from their inventory. Repeated phone calls inquiring vehicle status 20th Sept., no avail. Powers claims no software to program hardware prematurely installed in car. Car in Powers care two weeks, no positive result. Call made on 30th Sept., Powers suggest insufficient patience as software for reprogramming not in possession. Did not have correct resources to repair car as misquoted on 13th Sept. Shop did not have any intention of repairing this car. It has been an instrument of religare, a hold back, a thward backwards. Please be advised, do not use this service.

I WOULD NOT TAKE MY VEHICLE ANYWHERE ELSE! CARS THESE DAYS HAVE SO MANY COMPUTERS AND ELECTRONICS NOT JUST ANY OLE MECHANIC CAN REALLY FIX THEM. ENGINES LAST LONGER THAN EVER. A REAL MECHANIC MUST HAVE THE EQUIPMENT AND KNOWLEDGE TO READ ALL THE COMPUTER DATA CARS STORE. OTHERWISE, THEY ARE JUST GUESSING AT THE CAR OWNERS EXPENSE. IF LIKE ME, EXPERTISE IS WHAT YOU WANT, TAKE YOUR TO MR POWERS!

I took my truck there on a Monday and got it back on a Wednesday afternoon $800.00 charge, was told my truck was fixed and running fine. I ask if my truck was in good condition and if the motor was in good condition because i was fixing to go on a big road trip and was told my truck was fine. I live less than 2 miles from the business so when i picked my truck up i went straight home. The next day i got in my truck and got about a 1 1/2 from my home and it started acting up so i took it back to the shop and was told it was a problem with the thermostat and he wanted to know if i taken off the rradiator cap and i said no so he told me to leave it over night and the next day he calls my husband and tells me it needs a new engine. So i go and pick it up and i did not have him to fix it but he charged me another $309.00 just to look at it again. This is not the type of person i would ever do business with again or would ever recommend.

Honest, quick, and can fix anything! Had to replace the motor in my car, and was told by other places it would take a week or more. Mike Powers had my car up and running like a champ within days! I would recommed Powers Automotive to anyone!

This is one repair shop where the work is done correctly and honestly. I would recommend this place to anyone.
