About as compassionate as vultures. Disappointing rating isn't quite low enough for us.

We were in need of veterinary services for our female dog who was in labor. They were much more interested in presenting their VERY high dollar estimates for a c-section than in taking care of our pet. We truly felt as though a member of our family was being held hostage while they attempted to sell us on buying into their estimates. Our regular Vet hospital came to our rescue and took care of us.

Fox Red Lab

Jackson had hip dysplasia and was surgically treated by Dr. Beth Lewis. Even though a long re-hab for me (6-8 weeks) he recovered beautifully. Just recently noticed a limp and took back to Dr. Lewis and Jackson blew out a cartlidge in his knee - schuduled surgery once again on a dog who is not even two years old!! The staff is great and she is fantastic. But, be prepared - not cheap. So,l I will give them a star rating of a five.

Caring Staff and Doctor in time of need

Our Calico cat of 18 years plus was going down hill for several weeks. First sign was diabetes, having to drink and urinate a lot. We thought we would let nature take it's course and she would just go into a coma and pass on. It didn't happen that way. She started having a lot of pain on a Sunday, and we decided to have her put to sleep. I googled our area and found Animal ER. I called and we could get her right in.The staff was so kind and understanding for us and our kitty, Dr, Paul was so gentle with her to her last breath. He was right, "It is the best gift one can give to a pet".I highly recommend Animal ER.
