(My letter to corperate)

My wife called to order and giggled during the order. GIGGLED!

The manager put her on hold and then hung up on her. When she called to ask why the manager told her that "This is not grade school and you can't laugh on the phone."

I got on and asked for the regional manager's phone number, telling him that this was an unacceptable way to treat a customer.

He yelled at me and hung up on me.

This is a terrible way to do business and I am calling for everyone I know to boycott this restaurant.

I will be going to the store tomorrow to get the regional manager's number. I will definitely never be eating at an establishment that would allow their managers to treat customers this way and will encourage my friends and associates to follow my lead until this situation has been addressed.
