        Unfortunately, I have had to take two cars here in the past few months. One car needed a lot of paint work after running through a chain in a parking lot, and another was a rollover. I am a supervisor of Customer Service, and am blown away by the service provided here. The individuals I worked with here were professional, helpful, honest and most importantly, stood behind their work. This is rare in this business. When you're in an accident you need someone you can trust and handle everything for you, and O'Neils does exactly that. Overall great experience, and wouldn't take a car anywhere else.

        Had my HHR repaired in 2 days -- did a great job and everyone was exceptional. The color matching was spot on and provided a rental picked up there and dropped back off there -- they made everything easy.

        THIEF THIEF THIEF at ONeil. I took my SUV in Twice to get repaired, Jamie is fantastic to deal with and professional. First they replaced my electric sunroof with a used replacement and a rent a car that my insurance paid for however within 6 weeks that broke so I took it back to see Jamie and he again was so helpful and this time O Neil paid for my rent a car for the week and they replaced my electric sliding sunroof with a brand new GM sunroof and it works great...Just beware of this...the first time I got it back I noticed that my $150.00 survival Knife I kept between my passanger seat was stolen out of my car....I told Jamie about it and he being so nice told me that there is nothing really could be done as I should have taken all my valuables out of my car. THIEF at ONeil!!! This time I picked my SUV up.THE THIEF WORKING AT ONeils stole my Emergency Battery Start Box out of the plastic binI kept it in that was located in the back of mt SUV. THIEF< THIEF< THIEF...is nothing safe

        Do not take your vehicle to these butchers, run away! My new car warranty repair was to take four days maximum, it took thirteen! The car was returned in filthy condition and missing parts. Two months later the paint they applied turned white and I have to deal with this again.



        These guys made no apoligies for the ridiculous delays and at the very least are incompetent.
