Hi. I found Brian Morgenweck by searching around the Internet like a buyer would when looking to buy a home. He kept popping up everywhere! If he could market himself so well, I figured he'd probably do the same for my condo. Since the market was bad, I needed every advantage I could get & Brian seemed to know a LOT about real estate & making sure buyers see his listings. I watched his videos & I was impressed. I hired him to be my broker. You can tell by talking with him he loves what he does & really knows a lot about real estate. He gets excited about it and that's important. I'm living in North Carolina, now, so I needed to know I could rely on someone to stay in touch with me so I knew what was happening and be guided properly. Brian priced the condo perfectly & got 4 or 5 offers. He negotiated one to full price & I accepted. Brian took care of SO many extra things since I was out of state & I'm so thankful to him & VERY glad I found him & hired him. He was fantastic!
