TERRIBLE! This guy REY is totally out of touch and give HORRIBLE service. Total douche and I had to call back multiple times because he hung up on me. His secretary then told me "Im not your secretary" when I asked to speak to Rey. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. Don't use a broker period. Just call the insurance companies yourself!

LIAR, LAZYYYYYYYY, IRRESPONSIBLE, WE HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH THIS AGENCY. The whole agency is one person and he does not know how to manage his job either. He just trying to be nice at the first visit and once you sign the contract then he does not care about any thing. He never answers the calls and for everything he says he will call you later and never answers back.IF YOU WANT TO HAVE GOOD EXPERIENCE AND BE RELAX GOD FORBIDDEN IF YOU GOT IN AN ACCIDENT NEVER GO TO THIS AGENCY THEY WILL RUIN YOUR LIFE.

THEY DO NOT DO ANYTHING TO HELP YPU OUT AFTER THE AUTO ACCIDENT. THEY WOULD TELLL YOU TO CALL YOU BACK AND DONT DO SO, EVER!!!! THEY SIMPLY DO NOT UNDERSTAND THE EMOTIONAL AND PHYSICAL DAMAGE THAT WE GET AFTER AUTO ACCIDENTS. THEY DO NOT CARE AND THEY ONLY MAKE YOUR SITUATION WORSE BY NOT DOING WHAT YOU PAID FOR. THEY WOULD TELL YOU NOT TO TALK TO THE INSURANCE COMPANY WITHOUT THEM INVOLVED IN THE MIDDLE OF BUT STILL DO NOT TRY TO CONTACT WIWTH THE INSURANCE COMPANY OR ANYTHING AT ALL. I'VE SPENT $1000 JUST BECAUSE OF THEIR LAZY AND IRRESPONSIBLE SERVICE. IT WAS MY WORST EXPERIENCE IN LIFE. SAVE YOURS. DO NOT EVER CONSIDER PAYING THEM FOR LITERALLY NOTHING BUT A STRESS.
