STAY AWAY!! They sold me 4 used tires 1 of which leaked badly. They patched it but it still wouldn't hold air. So I went to Sams Club (which I HIGHLY recommend) only to find out Paul's extremely over-tightened my lugs. So I went back for Paul's to get them off... they broke a lug ON the tire! I told them it was their fault and they needed to pay for it and they told me they have ZERO liability- I don't think so. Now my mechanic (Johnny's on Crain Hwy. who is AWESOME) has to cut it off with a blow torch and replace the stud and lug- $100 that Paul's expects me to pay. Spend a little more money and go to a REPUTABLE place that guarantees their work and won't sell you garbage tires not even a junk yard would sell.

My husband went to have 2 tires replaced or repaired. The next day I came out and 1 tire was flat. He went to put the spare on and noticed it was missing. I went in to find out about our spare and to take the flat tire back. They told me he was responsible for putting the tire in the trunk and it was a normal size tire. When I got home I realized why they said it was a normal sized tire they never repaired the second tire. My spare is still on my car. Went to put the tire back on the car and it went flat again, took it back again and this one went flat I am on my way down for the fourth time, they don't have my tire they they claim was our fault for not grabbing so I need to buy a new rim and tire for that one. I am not at all happy with this place.

I took a tire there for these guys to mount. I noticed it was taking them an extremely long time to swap the tires. They once brought the rim and tire out then turned around and took it back inside. I should of known something wasn't going right. I paid the $26.xx and left. The next day the tire started losing air. I put air in it a few times over the next couple of days then ended up taking it to a another tire shop. The serviceman there showed me where they damaged the tire bead so badly during mounting that I had to purchase another new tire. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Personally good people, but NOT TRAINED at all.

Paul's tire is a great place for used tires. My 2 tires got flat and they get the job done quickly. The staff is friendly. I'm very happy I went there and I would go back again.

Horrible service, won't fix their mistakes

I got two used tires on the back of my car from here three days ago. I just noticed today that they are directional tires which means they have to turn in a certain direction. When they put the tires on they put the rear passenger tire on backwards. I tried calling them to let them know about it and they said that they would have to charge me to fix it. Even though they were the ones who put it on backwards. Putting a directional tire on backwards is a major safety issue. The tire could just rip apart at any time. I will definitely not be going back to this shop again. I can understand making a mistake but they should at least have the decency to fix it. Espesually being a safety issue like this.

awesome. would go back

I had a fantastic experience with them last week. My two front tires needed replacing. I went during my lunch break and was out of there in 15 mins. It was like 30 or 35 per tire which is not bad but the best part is i don't know what they did but for the first time in a long time my car was aligned and going perfectly straight. Those guys were awesome and i would definitely go back. Thank you!
