My 1st time doing laundry here.... if you put a $20 bill you’ll receive $22..00 on your card, my options were check value, add value, get new card I was purchasing a new car machine said take card but none was given I told the “ attendant “ he said you need to single dollars, I explained the money I put in he said “ it gives cards I was just over there” I said “ ok I was as well and put my money in and I don’t have a card?!?!?!, is there a manager? No is there a number?” He said on the door he thinks..... in short customer service SUCKED, it was as if I interrupted what he was doing on his cell, offered no solutions. This only reflects on the company not the employee in this case he clearly wasn’t trained for this type of situation. Terrible service!!

This is a great place to do laundry. Large and spacious, clean, with a friendly staff. Wash Dry Fold service is great for my busy schedule. I can drop off my laundry and pick it up later. A great time saver when there is so much to do!
