Pleasant Dental PLLC

My father went to get his tooth checked here and the dentist that tended to his toothache was rude and extremely hesitant to take responsibility for his error. The dentist was quick to pull the tooth and after my father's tooth got pulled, he suffered from damaged nerves. The dentist refused to give my father an implant and made my father's life difficult by simply recommending Advil as a painkiller. He rushed my father out the door and did not let my father speak in front of waiting patients. Later on my mother had to come in and complain, but the dentist was rude and admitted to doing nothing wrong and didn't explain why my father had nerve pains. The dentist then prescribed medicine and my father had to take pills on a very strict schedule. I WILL NEVER ALLOW MY FAMILY MEMBERS OR FRIENDS GO HERE. I am sure many patients have had a good experience here. However, if the staff here is capable of treating even one patient so terribly, people should take caution and look to get their care elsewhere.
