Wonderful company. A technician named Ryan Hartman came out to my house and did a fantastic job. He was quick, respectful, and knowledgeable. We really appreciated the customer service.

Almost did not call because of poor review. Decided to give it a chance and the woman who answered the phone was very nice and very helpful. Someone is coming out tomorrow to fix my washer. Glad I called!

I came here for parts and found horrible customer service. The owner was fine, but several employees were condescending, RUDE!, and had a very bad attitude that made it clear the ydid not care to help me. When flollow-up was needed, I was promised I would be contacted. Several days later, I finally had to call them. This is not a small business that I will return to.

Bought a gas stove and a refrigerator. Both were installed incorrectly. I do not recommend these guys. See my Google review if you want the whole story.

Called Excelsior Aplliance for a repair on a warm refrgerator on Monday they came out same day and had the part it needed on his truck. Was abel to save all the food very pleased with the experience the tech had with the refrigerater very clean and neat would recommend to a friend.
