The flowers are nice, but the arraignments were outstanding. We had a funeral and everything was just how we wanted.

I received flowers for Valentines Day this year and first there were items missing from them. I called and they said they would replace the whole thing however when I went to pick the items up they had no more babies breath. They pulled the missing balloon of someone else's order. Then when I got back home my roses were dying. I called them back and they were to replace them the next day after they accused me of having the flowers in front of heat-which they were not.- Needless to say they have not replaced my bouquet yet. Called today at 1030 and no one's even answering the phone. Poor customer service and I will recommend that you do not patronize people who make consistent promises and do not keep them. Totally disgusted with them.

The staff was rude and the service was slow. I will never go there again.

I went during valentine's day and they had every type of flower you could want, my girlfriend was impressed. anytime im in the dog house there lilies rescue me lol.

it took a long time to get helped and when I finally did the customer service was barely functional. Their wasn't a large selection in the store and their was a weird smell to it. I would rather drive out to the suburbs than to go here again.

this place has very very beautiful flowers and no one in the city has better prices.
