Dr. Lawrence G Morawa, MD

I saw Dr. Morawa for a torn meniscus. He was in such a hurry he never explained my injury. He offered PT or surgery. He explained surgery only after I prompted him with questions. He did not explain how PT might help me. When I asked Dr. Morawa for his recommendation he said, "I recommend you make a decision." My decision was to find a new orthopedic surgeon! He may be a knowledgeable and find surgeon but if he won't explain things or answer my questions because he is in such a hurry to move patients through, then I wouldn't let him touch me. What if he is in a hurry in the OR too?! My new orthopedic surgeon showed me my MRI and model to explain my injury and what surgery could do for me.

No bedside manners. Screwed up both my husband grandfather and grandmother! All had to get second surgeries within a month. Awful experiences with him. Said he was retiring soon..so he does not give a **** Stay away
