She is the worst guardian ad litem for Oakland county to say the least. Do not hire this woman she will never listen to your child in regards to wanting the truth of a situation and she will bill you for not performing her job as a professional who has the children's best interests at heart. She definitely needs to retire and any positive reviews that she has is due to manipulating other party who loves to pay for the outcome that benefits them and not the child. Stay clear of this person.

Avoid using her at all cost. She had me work to make a list and we spent only a few hours in her office, then she prepared a court paper that exactly what I had in my document. Then she charged us $1500 total which is 6 hours worth of her fee. The decisions her made was not fair at all.

Ms. Watry is a busy woman. She does return phone calls but often on another day. She is very unbiased and is completely fair to both parties. Remember, the children's well being comes first.

I found Ms Watry to be very fair in our co-parenting situation. To the fact that my wife did not like what she was saying and would not agree. ( she wanted one day a week with supervised visits and Ms Waltry said 50/50) because it was an unbiased co-parenting order. She would not sign even though we did th document together. I found her to be fair honest and very punctual, returned every call to me and my wife and went far beyound the call to make it right for our kids.

I found Ms. Watry to be very fair. It did not appear that she took anyone's side in my matter and we both felt like she made some very good decisions for us. Sometimes all you need is someone to help you communicate, and Ms. Watry did a great job.

all the reviews i have read are exactly what i experienced. two different times I took of work lost pay for both days sitting in her office with a 4 year old and 1 year old listening to her receptionist come up with a different excuse why she was not on time; stuck in traffic, running behind, emergency meeting etc. 2 hours after waiting all that said she lied about the total bill, billed me for her tardiness, add ons for phone calls she made. she told me my ex paid a certain amount and that i should do the same. when i told her i could not it felt as if who ever paid the most would get the better report. Bottom line she does not have the best interest of the child in mind and should be put under review by the courts.

I took off of work for my appointment waited 1 1/2 hours she never showed.

Very biased, unreliable- does not return phone calls, ( 6 mesages left in 2 wks), or respond to faxes or emails. Bill at $250 hr but adds on to make the app. $62.00 if it takes 3 tries to set the app then it is $187 added on. Will not give reciepts or itemized bills, only gives you the total hours billed.

Warty, does not return phone calls even when children are involved Over 10 requests to return my call in 2 wks, no response from her. Does not respond to faxes. Have requested aknowledgement of faxes , she will not do it. Charges $250 hr but adds on cost to schedule app (1/4hr). One app. took 3 tries to get it set up and was billed 3/4hr $187. just to set an app. Has double booked and app. and was kept waiting 1 1/2 hrs for my scheduled app. Will not furnish reciepts or itemized hours billed. Have been trying to get one since Dec. 09. On top of this very biased in her belief.
