Apple NorthPark Center

It seems like it's easier to buy than getting the service here. I waited for over an hour to get my iphone replaced but most of the staffs were helping ppl who wants to purchase the items. I understand that's how business works but please take care of all your customers includding the ones that needs a replacement!

Had a bad experience from beginning to end. Waited in a long line to get help with my iPad. Waited even longer for my iPad to be reset and restored. I left after being assured that when the restore finished my problem would be resolved. Problem was not fixed. Also, waited a considerable amount of time to purchase a new iPod. Discovered today that Walmart is selling same iPod for $20 less. When I called the store, I was told that they could not credit me for the difference if I did not come in the store, but they "probably could price match" if I came in. I will go in to return the iPod and purchase it from another more customer focused retailer. Pretty sad when Walmart offers a better customer experience than the Apple Store.

I have been shopping at this location for years, and have never been disappointed. This location in Northpark has the best to offer as far as customer service. The employees at this location are at the top of their game!!!

If your kid is a Lego fan, a stop at the Lego Store is a must. They have lots of unique merchandise in addition to the sets you can find at other retailers. The store also carries free Lego Club magazines and catalogs. Be sure to check the store's calendar online to look for special events. Most are free and they sometimes have giveaways for the kids. The store is not huge so going during peak hours on a weekend can be frustrating because of the crowds.
