Lumpkin Park Apartments

Very nice apartments. I love the inside. The only things I dislike are how trashy people here are and the parking space in building 200. People on this side of town litter recklessly! When you get ready to sign the lease they go over so many rules but once you move in you realize they are barely inforced.

The apartments are nice and spacious. The rent is very cheap for the size of the apartment. Now there are a couple things that need improvement, such as, some tenants dont value their apartment as much as I do, so they do stuff that's aggravating. Besides that, I like my place.

Don't move there, they lie about the noise ordiance at the time of your lease. they have no consideration for the tennants that live on the bottom floor. in the lease they tell you after 3 complaints you can be subject to move. thats a lie i have complained about 20 times about the noise above, kids running, bouncing ball, trash in the breeze way, trash around the garbage area. they are some nice apt. but the living condition in bldg. (700) are unbearable. so i am telling you run and dont stop.
