Love Dr. Morgan. Love the staff. I have been going here for two years and have had nothing but positive experiences. Dr. Morgan is very knowledgeable about diet and the best way to raise a healthy dog!

Never again randy and cindy are great. Receptionist starting with a "s" not so much. My dane went to get fixed. They said during anthesia his heart had murmurs n stopped at one point they said bad heart well this morgan lady was miserable and cold hearted in my opinion well i went to different vet and many tests later i was told heart was perfect. So now i gotta pay all over for fixing him which runs around 650. Dr anthony was good but id never give business to ice queen again upon telling new vet what happened they and 3 other vets told me they gave my dog an anthesia that isnt a good choice for danes. Ive talked to many people about morgan amd heard other crazy stories. Best wishes and thanks to cindy that day and randy asnwering so many of my questions. Dr anthony was good but as long as morgan is there i wont be.

I am beyond thrilled that I found Doctor Morgan via Facebook a few years ago. I have had 3 phone consultations with her, and she turned my dog around 100% I was so happy, that I made arrangements to visit her at one of her expos (I'm 9 hours away) for an actual hands on visit. Again, totally impressed and thankful. Thank you.

I received nothing but great c...

I received nothing but great care and compassion whenever we used their services.

When it came time to put down our beloved Lucy, they showed us a degree of compassion I've only seen from only one other vet. When deciding when and how, we were presented with many options that were left for us to choose. Never were their preferences pushed on us. Preceeding that day, all treatments available preceeding her death were shown to us and not once were we recommended to follow a long road of costly treatments that would only have prolonged her pain. Nothing they did for us ever indicated their only interest was in making a buck.

Very few businesses have a 100% batting average and I'm sure Clayton Vets have had their problems but I have no reserve taking any of my pets there.

They are not what you think. Don't ever take your beloved pet there!

I would never again take my animals to Clayton Vets as long as Dr. Morgan owns it. Sadly I found out first hand that she really has little regard or compassion for the animals but has lots of regard for money. We took our dog to her since he was a puppy, and have literally spent thousands of dollars there on visits, dentals, surgeries, food and everything we needed to do to keep him healthy. We have never asked for any special treatment or favors. However at 121/2 years old our little buddy became quite ill and was in the office quite often. It became clear that he was nearing the end of his life. Our preference was that we could keep him comfortable and hopefully he could "go to sleep" at home. Finally, he stopped eating. I spoke to an associate doc on Tuesday who was very nice. On Wednesday I called as we were agonizing about whether or not we should put our sweet guy down or not. I asked the office if they could do a minor lab test to see if his kidneys had shut down and if just this one time it would be ok if we paid them on Friday which was only 36 hours away. After taking abuse from their financial person (Pam) Dr. Morgan herself called me to tell me that she "was not a bank" and that perhaps I should apply for a care card ro something which is normally reserved for high dollar sugeries and such. When I reminded her of our 121/2 relationship and that our little dog was dying, she was unmoved. How much was this lab test you might ask? $68.00. I totally respect having policies in place to keep your business afloat, but $68.00 for 36 hours from a good client who's dog is dying? I'm sorry Dr. Morgan is a sorry example of anyone claiming to have a love of animals. Please say a prayer for my little guy. He will be seeing a real vet tomorrow.

Best Holistic Vet in Area

I had a wonderful experience at this veterinary hospital. The staff was very helpful and handled my dog with care and compassion. Dr. Morgan was wonderful and really took the time to discuss my pet's treatment options and she listened to my concerns. I have gone to other veterinary hosptials and felt like I was just another client. Clayton Veterinary Associates made me feel like my pet was of upmost importance!

Take your pets elsewhere

Very unhappy here, always a different face/doc. The staff treat you like a stranger even though we've been going there for years! Time for a new vet

I am sorry to hear that you had an unsatisfactory experience at our hospital and apologize for any hard feelings that you walked away from that experience with. Although we have a small staff of 10, we do strive to treat all of our patients and clients with respect and understanding even when it is busy at the clinic. We have two doctors on staff at the moment and our clients are encouraged to request which doctor they feel more comfortable with. As for the different faces in the office, we hired a few new staff members this past year and I apologize if they did not recognize you or your pet- they are still learning. I apologize for any issues you have had at our clinic and we are sorry to have lost you as a client.
