Happy with notes they keeps on my dog and all her problems that needed special attention during grooming. There have been other issues though. I'm not happy with the nail cutting. I don't think they cut the them short enough and then push the 2 week come back with the filing. My dog does like going there so I'll be taking her to her to the vets in between for nail trims. Same price. I may try the the nail file to see if it actually does shorten my dog my nails since they are growing more since I've been going there.

I brought my Australian Shepherd in here on a whim, hoping for the best, and to say I was disappointed would be a huge understatement. When I called after 4 hours to see if he was almost ready the lady told me she had just bathed him and was about to start on his cut. WHAT? I assumed at the time that they would rinse him off after or at least comb him out but a half hour later and in a rush, I picked him up to find that he had not been rinsed or brushed out and instead my car (that I just had detailed) got covered in hair. I spent about 20 minutes at home with the furminator and brush getting him clean of excess fur. I was charged $65 for this service?!? I did half the work myself! I called with my complaint upon arrival home and was told that I would receive a call from a manager the next day. I never received a call. I can see the track marks from the clippers in his fur and it actually looks like a toddler got loose with dog clippers and attacked my dog. Professionalism? None. Customer service? Non-existent. Any talent whatsoever? Nope.

My business ever again? Absolutely not. Unless you want to pay for a crap job then do not come here.

TAKE YOUR DOG HERE NOW! My miniature schnauzer is a scared sort of dog and they make him so comfortable. I have never had a problem with his cut, they always do an excellent job. The staff is friendly and I take him back every two weeks. It doesn't take almost 4 hours to pick him up either like at some groomers. I love this place.

This is the best pet store in Clarksville.

It does not smell like the one on Ft. Campbell Blvd.

The prices on animals are very reasonable.

Great people.They are always helpful. Lots of selection as far as reptiles, fish, and dog accessories.

I got a 10 Dollar fish from there sunday before labor day i was out on labor day i come home the next day to find it dead i called to see what they could do and they said nothing you didnt call on labor day!! i wasnt in i was with family... they were rude

I take my two beautiful girls to shannon and i love it. they always come home smelling and looking great. and there is always a sweet little bow or something in there hair. my girls love going to see shannon and get their hair done. I would reconmend shannons doggie day spa to anyone! they are wonderful people.

I frequently go there to buy supplies for my and my son's Hermit Crab collection and frequently go to Pet Smart as well, but Pet Palace has supplies that Pet Smart does not. I am impressed by their array of different animals especially the salt water fish! I get the case of the "I wannas" everytime I see them! The only complaint that I would have is that Pet Smart guarantees their H. Crabs for up to 14 days while Pet Palace only guarantees them for 24-48 hours.

The store was very clean and the animals appeared healthy however the prices are outragious! You can purchase the same pet for half the price in a local paper.

Friendly employees, a clean store, and a good selection. Nice to see in this area!

I was impressed with the great selection of bird accessories. They are getting harder and harder to find in this area. The staff seemed friendly enough as well.
