Awfull business experience.

The owner does not respond to phone calls or emails.

She took as long as 4 weeks to reply to one phone call

The account never gets paid on time

They save old credit card information on file and use that as they please, even without your consent

They never send out statements or receipts

As a matter fact you have to hassle to get one

She put an assistant without training to answer to all problems

The cleaning crew did not punch in the right code for the alarm 3 times

and never paid or offered to pay for the alarm's company bill - which the police

officer was sent to take care of and the cleaning crew simply would leave the premises

without waiting for the officer, without calling us the company owners and without resetting

the alarm as well.

They come and go to clean as they please - any time they want

Cleaning is not up to standards and it always smelled like bleach

Bathrooms were never well cleaned

I felt poorly taken care of as a customer and business owner

Would strongly not recommend them.
