        YOU PEOPLE MUST BE CRAZY!!! This is an impeccable business. They are extremely knowledgable, have every battery imaginable, and are very well priced. My wife and I have been using this location for over three years and have never had a complaint. The first time I visited this store, was after I made the mistake of going to Walmart for a car battery and I saw half their batteries laid out on the cement floor ( a big no no for many reasons ) they installed my battery and I was out the door in ten minutes flat. I'm away on business a lot so my wife is in the store every few months, whether it's my sons scooter or my daughters favorite nightlight they always have the solution, by the evening my son will be remaking havoc on his scooter and my daughter none the wiser. I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THIS STORE!!! These reviews are either competitors or jerks, I know so because my wife is ALWAYS satisfied, a VERY difficult task, I've been doing it for years I know. AMAZING STORE!!! FIVE STARS

        This store is a joke I called and asked how much a watch battery is and they tell me its $3.00 and some change. So I go there and the sales woman tells me that she cant tell what battery is in the watch unless she opens it. So after opening my watch and replacing the battery she charges me over $8.00 dollars. I asked her why it was $8.00 she says that it was the install fee that put the price up to $8.00 dollars. So I explain that no one had told me this before the work had been done and that in my opinion I should only pay for the battery. At that time she removed the battery from my watch gave it back to me and told me to have a nice day. I think that this store should really work on its customer service or should I say lack of customer service.

        This store broke my ipod trying to install a new battery for me. They paid to have it fixed but that's not the point they claim to be battery experts but seem to be lacking in the area of experts on there staff. The only reason I give them 1 star is because you cant go any lower. I highly recommend taking you items somewhere else

        The same thing happened to me, I bought a battery for my car at another Batteries Plus out of state and this store refused to honor the warranty. So I will continue to take my business else where.
