        I started with this agency in Jan. of 2017. The first 5 nurses they sent us went to sleep while on duty. 4 of the nurses had filled out the entire nursing assessment prior to entering the pt.s room, including making up vital signs. I would never recommend this agency. Very poor work ethic.
