Whitehall Animal Country Club

I was very pleased with the treatment of my two little dogs and happy with the service. My dogs are excited about going - as soon as I pull into the driveway, they begin wagging their tails with excitement. The tail tells the tale. :-)

I was deeply disappointed in the treatment I recently received from Whitehall Animal Country Club. I arrived 20 minutes early to drop my dog off for grooming. I was greeted by the owner when I arrived. I immediately apologized to her for arriving early.



When I returned to pick my dog up, I had to wait for 20 minutes for someone to show up to return my dog to me. When they finally arrived, I had to continue waiting due to the fact that he was eating in his vehicle. By the time I left, it took me 25 minutes to get my dog back and pay.



The man who took my money was very rude and charged me an additional $20 for bringing my dog early. I was never informed of this charge when I dropped him off. I should have been informed of this upon my arrival; it was the professional and courteous thing to do. He even made the comment to me that “you don’t tell Wal-Mart or K-Mart when to open.” If it wasn’t acceptable to drop my dog off that early, the owner shouldn’t have come out to greet me when I arrived.



I have been a customer there for 8 years and have referred numerous people to them. I am sad to say that I will never give them my business again, or refer anyone else to them.
