This company is awful. They are so disrespectful. When we tried to find another taxi company we found out only they service Bethlehem. That's the reason they are so nasty and rude. Better Business Bureau is the way to fight back. They are the worst company in the Lehigh Valley.

Awful experience. We had called them before we went out to the bar in Emmaus to ensure they would travel there and they said that they would. At the end of the night we call and they tell us it would be a half hour. 45 minutes later we call back to make sure they are still coming and they ask for our location again and then tell us its an hour wait and they can't come to Emmaus. We drove home that night. Then when I called to complain I was treated like complete garbage and cursed at the entire time. Use this company if you want to be stranded.

I have never been so disrespected in my life. This company isn't even worth a one star rating. Not only can their dispatchers not take simple directions, but at least more than one dispatcher has a HUGE attitude problem when asked to clarify a question. I was probably ok to drive tonight, but didn't want to put my own life at risk, or the life of someone else. Simple solution, call a taxi...or so I thought! Not only did the dispatcher not listen to the difference between the Roosevelt DEMOCRATIC club and the Roosevelt 21 club, (which was clearly stated in the 1st phone call I made) but he then gave me HUGE unnecessary attitude when I called for another taxi after he told me that I had missed my taxi. I AGAIN stated that I was at the Roosevelt Democratic Club, he stated that it would be another half hour wait. I agreed, and after waiting 45 minutes, called again. He stated that he had sent another driver and that the bartender had made an announcement. IF THIS GUY WOULD HAVE LISTENED THE FIRST TIME AND SECOND TIME, HE WOULD HAVE REALIZED THAT HE SENT A TAXI TO THE WRONG BAR!! He then refused to send another taxi to the correct bar, leaving me and my husband outside waiting in 13 degree weather at 2:30 in the morning. He was also completely unprofessional, refusing to allow my husband to speak to his supervisor when he called yet again. I would not wish this company on even my worst enemy and will be calling the Better Business Bureau tomorrow to complain.
