Budget Rent A Car

In February 08 myself and SEVEN other customers were sent inside the Budget office while trying to turn in our vehicles. None of us knew each other but it became a joke when we discovered we were all sent in for "star" shaped gouges on our windshield. After filing a complaint I was told it is because Atlanta has alot of "construction and dump trucks". Amazing. I lived there the last three years and do not know of anyone that had this happen to their personal vehicle. This was a way to scam both the customers and insurance. If you get the additional coverage from this company you might as well get your moneys worth out of it....take out a guard rail or construction barrel prior to turn in. They will just make something up to charge you with anyway.
