What the title says... they "put on the wrong oil filter" on my SUV. The next day I am driving down the interstate and the filter comes off the car, and the engine seizes up on I-285 traffic. I turned on the emergency lights as fast as I could and pulled off to the shoulder, almost getting creamed by a semi and a pick up truck (I had very little control of the car). Push comes to shove, they tell me what happened and took blame, but that was April 19th, it is June 15th, and I still don't have my car. They are shipping a new engine from Toyota in Japan because the engine got so destroyed and it probably won't be ready for another month. Thanks for nothing!
