Great Bison Burger, cooked perfectly, and the chicken tortilla soup was very welcoming on a cold fall day!

Expect quick serve, casual dining in a clean, bright atmosphere with cafÃ© and high top tables indoors plus an outdoor patio with shade in summer and heat lamps in winter. Our all-day menu offers American/Mexican food with breakfast, lunch and dinner items â?? favorites from over the years as 520 Grill and new additions. Burgers, tacos, salads, sides, protein bowls, specialty sandwiches, soups, and more are available, as well as fountain drinks, beer, and wine. Silverpeak Grill was established in 2020 on 04/20, evolving from 520 Grill, which opened in 2010 on 05/20.
