In spite of the unassuming decor, my wife and I consider this by far the best Italian restaurant in Asheboro and highly recommend the food, which tastes great!

Medo's Italian Restaurant in Asheboro, NC has some of the best italian food you will ever eat. The owners, Medo and his wife Karen, are some of the most nicest people you will ever meet. I have eaten there nearly a thousand times, and every time the food and service has been absolutely perfect!! The restaurant is also decorated very beautifully, making you feel right at home when you sit down to eat.
