Visiting Nurse Association-Community Services is an independent, nonprofit organization that has been serving Montgomery and adjacent counties since 1919. It provides in-home care services to elderly and disabled adults and primary health care and related health services to children and their families. It offers a wide range of services, such as personal care assistance, homemaker services, respite care, companionship and case management services. It also organizes senior health specialist program that include health checkups, blood pressure screening, health counseling, disease management education, nutrition teaching and medication review. Additionally, the center provides children s health services that include primary pediatric health care, preschool screening and pediatric health specialist programs.
